- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide accurate details while making a reservation.
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments through various methods, including online payment gateways (Razorpay).
- Golden Star Desert Camp reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the check-in date to be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the camp rules.
- Any damage caused to property or amenities will be charged to the guest.
- The management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
6. Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse this website or its content.
- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
7. Limitation of Liability
