Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Golden Star Desert Camp, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount after deducting any applicable transaction charges.
  • 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund will be provided.
  • No-shows or early check-outs: No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Force Majeure

Golden Star Desert Camp is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. In such cases, we will work with you to offer alternative dates or partial refunds at our discretion.

4. Booking Modifications

We allow date changes subject to availability and at our discretion. Requests must be made at least 5 days prior to your original check-in date.
